Suggested Training Methodology

Up ArrowA typical Breakup using the above approach: Course duration: 35 hours

Step One:
Entire classroom based lectures are video recorded and converted into VBT™ / ABT™. Duration Approx. 35 Hours

Advantage:
This compares with campus like learning with academic rigor thus raising and validating competencies of learners. In addition, learners get multi sensory experience of class room lectures conducted by best of faculties resulting in faster and better learning.

Step Two:
Entire study material / Classroom notes is converted into PDF / HTML along with end of lesson tests/tutorials. At the same time provide additional resources to students. Also provide collaborative learning experience via discussion board , email/chat.

Advantage:
Students get additional theory lessons which expand and deepen their learning. Assessments / Tutorials help reinforce learning. Through collaborative learning, they can solve doubts and interact with faculty / co-students. This may include Lab exercises with simulations wherever required. Advantage: Students get chance to work on Lab exercises.

Step Three:
Provide 10 Hours (approx.) of Live Virtual Classroom to reinforce learning on difficult subjects, solve queries and present live case studies by experts.

Advantage:
Difficult topics are further explained resulting in better understanding. Students get opportunities to solve their difficulties LIVE. Students also get opportunity to learn from live case study presented by leading professors / industry experts.

Step Four:
Conduct Assess™ Online Test.

Advantage:
Give convenience of online exams and certification.
